For many, the last year and a half has been filled with fear, caution, and a lot of uncertainty. From a recruiting standpoint, I’ve noticed strong trepidation from candidates and a reluctance to explore the unknown. All reasonable given the current state of our world. Like everything in life, I believe that there should be a balance. I also believe that fear can be debilitating and a hindrance to progression. As a Recruiter, it is my job to provide hope and a path forward especially for job seekers who are trying to navigate this new normal. The good news is, there is hope and a bright light at the end of this dark tunnel.
