Earlier this year, I embarked on a journey to write and publish a children’s book. It is meant for leaders and narrated by a child. I wanted to drive an important message home for leaders in a unique way, avoiding the tone of every other leadership book on the market.
I concluded that good leadership outside the home leads to healthy outcomes within it.
The message is meant to inspire children to be compassionate & kind human beings. That produces good leaders in the end.
